We would like to take this opportunity to remind our clients, that the winter months can be very harsh on all your electrical equipment.  We have put together this special to help prevent emergency calls in the summer months.

FALL/SPRING BIANNUAL INSPECTION
  OUTSIDE SERVICE EQUIPMENT
Check meter socket for loose calk, rust and overall condition 
Check (visual) Power Co. taps
Check (visual) ground rods
INTERIOR SERVICE 
PANEL 
Check that cover is in on and all screws are in place     
Check for missing breakers and proper size
Check that the panel is clearly marked
BREAKERS 
(If home is winterized the following will be done)
 Check that the water heater breaker is off and marked
Check that the range breaker is off
Turn off all heat breakers
  INTERIOR
Check all kitchen and bath GFI outlets or breakers
Check for missing or broken wall plates
Check for loose or broken outlets or switches
Check smoke detectors and replace the batteries
Check all lights for missing, burned out or wrong wattage bulbs
Check electrically heated homes for furniture or curtains against heaters
Check thermostat settings if the heat is to be left on
EXTERIOR
Check waterproof outlets and switches (loose or missing covers GFI operation)    
Check outside light fixtures (operation, loose, caulk if necessary)
Check A/C disconnect & wiring(Proper fuse size, rust, watertight)
  Check all misc outdoor electrical equipment (general condition)
Check outdoor shower (switch, light, GFI)

TERM: Contractor will come out to your property two times during the term of the contract to check these items.
LABOR:  No service fee will be charged if you sign an agreement
MATERIAL: All repair material will be billed at Time and Material with agreement discounts
